At Mobel Floors, we want you to
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window
Standard Products: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-custom flooring products in their original, unopened condition.
Custom & Cut-to-Size Products: Bespoke flooring, custom-cut materials, or products manufactured to your specific measurements are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Before Installing Your Flooring
IMPORTANT: You must inspect all flooring materials for damage, defects, or color variation before installation. Once flooring has been cut, fitted, or installed, it cannot be returned.
- Inspect upon delivery - Carefully examine your flooring as soon as it arrives
- Note any damage - Document any visible damage on the courier's paperwork before signing
- Take photos - Photograph any defects or damage immediately
- Report within 48 hours - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues for a free replacement or refund
How to Return
For Standard Returns:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging and saleable condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging collection
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
✗ Custom-cut or made-to-measure flooring & carpets
✗ Bespoke products manufactured to your specifications (Including Rugs)
✗ Flooring that has been cut, installed, or fitted
✗ Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
✗ Items removed from original packaging (unless defective)
✗ Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sent the wrong product: We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Item arrived damaged: If you receive damaged flooring and reported it within 48 hours, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Manufacturing defect: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded in full when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not been cut or shipped.
After cutting/dispatch: If you cancel after your flooring has been custom-cut or shipped, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover our costs.
Faulty Products
If you discover a fault after installation that was not visible during inspection:
- Contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description
- We will assess the claim and may arrange for an independent inspection
- Valid claims will be honored in accordance with your consumer rights
