We understand that it's hard to plan your days off when you are expecting a fitting but unfortunately we can not give you an exact time that the fitters will arrive with you on the day of the fitting.

We will always recommend that you ensure someone is available at the property all day so that there is no chance of you missing your fitting. We understand this can be frustrating but trust us, it will be worth it once you stand back and inspect your new beautifully fitted flooring!

We buy our flooring directly from the largest manufacturers in Europe. Our shop is filled with the highest quality products.

Yes, we happily fit carpets, vinyl, or laminate flooring within a 20-mile radius of Manchester. This covers most of the North West.

All of our fitters are highly trained and experienced, taking pride in their work. We regularly check to ensure their work is up to a high standard. We also provide a 12-month fitting guarantee for your peace of mind.

We have over 100 rolls of carpet in stock today. We have carpets to suit every style and budget, from bargain room-sized roll ends for under £30 to high-quality prestige collections at discounted prices.

We specialize in surplus and clearance stock from the UK and Europe’s largest manufacturers, so you’re sure to find something.

If you’ve seen a product at another carpet retailer, we will probably have the same product available but under a different name, as national retailers change product names to prevent comparison shopping.

If the flooring is in stock, we can usually fit it within 48 hours if you’re in a hurry! Otherwise, you can book your fitting day in-store at your leisure.

Special orders usually take between a couple of days and two weeks, depending on whether the product is coming from the UK or Europe. Your sales adviser will give you an estimated timeframe when you place your order in-store.

We can store customer orders in our warehouse for several weeks while you finish decorating. Your new flooring will be ready to fit whenever you are ready.

We currently do not offer interest-free credit. After thorough consideration, we found that finance companies charge a commission on these transactions. Retailers offering interest-free credit usually work this cost into their prices, resulting in higher carpet costs.

We prefer to offer the lowest possible price upfront, saving you money in the long run. Additionally, customers who take interest-free credit often switch to interest-bearing credit after the initial period, which is where finance companies make their money.

Please refer to our “How to Measure” page for guidance on creating a simple plan of any area. Bring this plan to the store, and we can block plan your sizes to provide a price. Alternatively, we offer a free measuring service to confirm sizes and prices. Our fitters often prefer cutting carpets in-store rather than at your property.

No problem! We have hundreds of carpet rolls available. It often works out cheaper to use the same carpet throughout, as we can utilize small offcuts from rooms to do your stairs.

Most of our carpets can be fitted on stairs, but some are more durable and better suited for high-traffic areas. Our sales advisers will guide you to the best options for your budget and needs.

We don’t charge extra for delivery if we are fitting the carpets for you.

Not at all! If you’d like to fit the carpet yourself or have your own fitter, that’s fine. Just give us a call the day before collection, and we’ll have your order ready.

Many of our carpets are stain-resistant and bleach-cleanable. Most of our Premier Collection carpets are as well. Please feel free to ask in-store about stain-resistant options.
